The parties to this agreement and participants in each transaction are an individual person or legal entity (the “Client”) and PaySquirl Limited. “PaySquirl” means PaySquirl Limited, a payment institution with a registered office at 2967 Dundas Street West, Unit 1359, Toronto, Ontario, M6P 1Z2, Canada. www.paysquirl.com.
PaySquirl Limited is an Ontario corporation (Company No. 1001622574). Application to the Financial Transactions and Reports Analysis Centre of Canada (FINTRAC) to operate as a Money Service Business is pending. FINTRAC Reference number: PENDING. Intended services include (1) Payment Service Provider, (2) Money Transferring, (3) Dealing in Foreign Exchange and (4) Dealing in Virtual Currencies.
This agreement describes the Client’s rights and obligations when using these services. Together with our Privacy Policy, and any other terms and conditions referred to therein, they constitute the legal relationship between you and us. For the use of additional services, you may have to accept additional terms and conditions as communicated to you upon ordering or using such services.
PaySquirl is geen bank. For all Canadian-dollar (CAD) funds, PaySquirl does not hold, own, or control the funds. CAD funds are received, held at rest, and disbursed exclusively by our regulated partner. holds all CAD funds in bank accounts legally titled to and owned solely by at (a Schedule I Canadian bank). PaySquirl has no account, signing authority, legal title, or beneficial interest in these CAD funds.
PaySquirl Limited is not a bank and is not presently authorized to provide money services. An application to the Financial Transactions and Reports Analysis Centre of Canada (FINTRAC) for registration as a money services business remains pending (reference: PENDING). Until registration is granted, PaySquirl Limited does not offer or provide the services described on this website. Information here is general and is not an offer or solicitation.
A PaySquirl Account means the electronic money account you open and maintain through the PaySquirl website, including ancillary services such as prepaid cards. The PaySquirl Website means the websites available at www.paysquirl.com or app.paysquirl.com.
You may contact Customer Service at any time by logging into your account dashboard at paysquirl.fintekbox.net/login and submitting a support ticket.
It is strictly forbidden to use your Account for any illegal purposes including but not limited to fraud, terrorism, and money laundering. Suspicious activity will be reported to the relevant law enforcement agency. Certain business categories may be used only after approval from PaySquirl, at our sole discretion.
Transaction related fees are considered commissions paid by the Client to PaySquirl. These fees are contained in a separate Fee Disclosure Addendum to the client agreement. Standard base fees for commercial accounts and other charges are as set out in that addendum and may change in accordance with the agreement.
Any complaints about us or the services we provide should be addressed to us in the first instance by contacting Customer Service and clearly indicating that you wish to make a complaint. The processing of your data is governed by our Privacy Policy.
