The dashboard is the operating system of the programme.

After onboarding, approved users work in the client dashboard at paysquirl.fintekbox.net. That is the system of record for day-to-day balances and instructions.

• View balances the programme is allowed to show.
• Instruct payments and mass-payments that are enabled.
• Maintain recipients the business has collected.
• Convert balances when FX is on the account.
• Open support tickets.

API

Some clients connect their own ledger, ERP or platform to the same stack. Credentials, scopes and environments are issued after the company is onboarded and the programme includes API access. There is no anonymous key on the marketing site.

What still needs a conversation

New corridors, new products (issuing, extra last-mile methods) and changes to who may instruct payments are programme changes, not self-serve toggles.
